From the menu to delivery. One clear journey.

We are planning how each order will be confirmed, paid for and delivered. This page presents the plan: it does not accept orders or payments, or issue rewards.

Proposed stages

Every order, with a clear status.

Before the service opens, the team and customer will need a shared view of confirmation, payment, preparation and delivery.

Choices / basket

Choose the brand, products, extras, quantities and a proposed pickup or delivery time.

Confirmation

The merchant would confirm availability, preparation time and the final total.

Payment / deposit

Payment would be matched to the confirmed order and shown separately from preparation.

Preparation

The kitchen would see necessary product choices, notes, timing and delivery method.

Ready / dispatched

Record the time, pickup or driver notes and, where needed, a packaging photo.

Completion / support

Record delivery evidence, feedback, any issue and refund. Rewards only after the relevant programme opens.

Future payment journey

Right total. Right order.

Everyday orders, office meals and events will need clear payment terms before acceptance.

Delivery rules

Pickup, delivery and events.

The rules should be visible before payment and simple for the team.

Pickup

An available location, confirmed time, order reference and ready status.

Delivery zones

Areas, charges, minimum order, timing and transport method.

Event delivery evidence

For large deliveries: packaging, box count, delivery time and recipient.

Future rewards · Not active

MI Coins, vouchers and personal choices.

The programme would operate through M.I. SERVICES, with published terms and participating businesses. No balance, earning or redemption is active here. Personalised marketing will remain separate and optional.

01

Earn

Eligible completed purchases and the reward rate must be defined before launch.

02

Use

Terms will define value, participating businesses and redemption. No fixed conversion is active yet.

03

Transparency

A transaction history and cancellation or refund rules need verified implementation. MI Coins are not cash.
